Homemade Fish Head Noodle House


After reading the introduction of this fish head noodle house from the newspaper, I asked my colleagues whether they have tried it before. One of them said yes and I asked them to go there for lunch. We went to the Mid Valley’s branch. I can see some lunch crowd when we reached the noodle house.

We chose the most famous one, the fish head noodle. We also tried the fish paste noodle.

Besides the famous fish head noodle, you can find other type of noodles too. I ordered the Yee Mee Fish Paste Noodle with clear soup. You can choose to add milk. The amount of fish paste is quite generous as you can see it in the below picture 🙂

My colleagues tried out their udon with chicken and garoupa fish.

At first glance, you may think it is normal black sauce dry udon but actually it puts chilli oil into the sauce too. So, it tastes a little spicy.
