Little Taiwan

Claypot Loh Su Fun with Sausage
It was my first time trying out this noodle. The base of this claypot is the loh su fun and topped with minced meat, some sliced sausages, a half cooked egg and a mushroom.  The portion is pretty generous.

Mix well all the ingredients with the noodle inside the claypot. It is one of the must try food listed in their menu.

If you are going for vegetarian, this Siew Ngo Rice set is one of the best offer. I am not sure whether this set is still on their menu or not because they often change menu and set lunch offers.

You may order the siew ngo (vegetarian duck) separately too.

Dumplings
Remember you can choose either normal or with chili oil dumplings. It comes with some tiny-sliced gingers dipped into the vinegar. Try eat the dumplings with the ginger and vinegar, as for some people, they feel it blends well.

Taiwan Sausage
Another side dishes that you can try out.
