Din Tai Fung

Again with my brother, we met up for dinner again in Mid Valley Megamall at his favourite signature restaurant, Din Tai Fung. This round we tried a new dish besides the normal Xiao Long Bao and Shrimp & Pork Fried Rice.

Din Tai Fung
Spicy Shrimp Wanton

Six pieces of wanton wrapped with fresh shrimp and pork. It is slightly expensive for only half a dozen, however, I like the sauce very much. It has the “cili poh” smell. The waitress told us to mix the sauce with the wanton before serving. Good try.

The fried rice maintained it quality and generous amount of ingredients such as fresh shrimp and shredded pork. The fried rice’s fragrance and (put) some of the sauce from the Spicy Shrimp Wanton makes me feel appetizing.
