It is located next to the Pandan Jaya food court, at one of the corner kopitiam. It is the only stall besides the owner’s stall in this kopitiam. And, it is also the best seller in this kopitiam. The Sibu noodle believes to be handmade noodle. Lots of ingredients such as minced meat and barbecue pork meat. The taste is average for me.
So what makes it so successful?

When you want to eat Pan Mee in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur, you have a few choices to choose from. Either you get a normal Pan Mee at Oasis Food Court, which is also quite famous within this shopping center, or the most expensive Pan Mee in Mid Valley from Ying Ker Lou.
One of their signature noodle selection, Handmade Pan Mee. I quite like it because of the noodle texture and the thinnest of the noodle. Besides that, they give the anchovies separately and I like their chilli paste. It is a wonderful combination when you dip the anchovies into the chilli paste and eat it with the pan mee.

Together with another two colleagues, we tried the Chunk from NinjaJoe using the Groupon voucher. The Chunk burger consists of minced pork patty with bacon, cheese, egg, onion, tomato, lettuce and crispy onion ring, fries or shurikens which is made of potatoes too and a drink.
Here is how it looks like. It has nothing different than the Big Boss except this burger has an extra onion ring, and it is not crispy.
This Chunk burger is a new introduction. Good satisfactory and good try too!

Sorry guys, I have been quite busy at work lately and I have no time to write my blog. I resigned from my current position and I am looking forward for my next journey. Today, I am going to share with you one of my be-earlier-farewell lunches with my closest colleagues from Singapore. They suggested to go to Pasta Zanmai on their last day in my office before heading off.
Fried Squid Tentacles
It was crispy and tasty enough. Dip it into the mayonnaise before eating it.
I ordered the Scallop Mushroom Pasta. Go for a small size if you order other side dishes because I feel the regular size is quite a lot. Again, the taste was quite okay. Nothing much to shout out.
Prawn Tempura Pasta with Sesame Sauce. I feel this pasta is quite interesting. The amount of sesame sauce cannot be too much. This was just right. It served with two tempura prawns.
Besides the squids, we also ordered the Ebi Tempura Salmon Tortilla Roll. Interestingly, it was wrapped the tortilla roll instead of seaweed and the ingredients were meat instead of rice.
However, the Teriyaki Chicken to Onsen Tamago no Pizza was a little bit on its downside. It could have been better if the egg was done to perfection. It did not flow out of the yolk like it should have, otherwise the experience would have been better.
Lastly, the Asari Miso Soup. Hmm, I forgot how many clams inside. It looks like normal miso soup but I do not know how it tastes.
One jar of cold green tea even though we only ordered for one person.
The overall dining experience was great. It was not only the food was great but it was also the people we shared the moment with.
