It was a new discovery by my aunt. She brought me here on one of the Sundays to try this noodle. According to her account, it was great. After checking out the menu, we decided to share this noodle together. We ordered with the regular vermicelli instead of the thick ones.
The difference between the regular vermicelli and the thick vermicelli is the ability to absorb the soup or broth. Since, the soup contained tomatoes, preserved vegetables and milk, it was a flavourful soup that best to go with regular vermicelli. If you do not like milk or lactose intolerance, you can skip adding milk. The clear soup is still flavourful.
The ingredients were generous enough, so it is pretty filling even though it was shared between us.
