Royal China (Tai Thong)

Attracted by its discounts offer for dim sum during weekdays and weekends, my aunt and myself headed to one of the Royal China restaurants. The branch that we went to was located along Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

When we reached this restaurant, we were greeted by the waiters and waitress at the entrance. The restaurant is quite spacious and ample of parking lots. However, it is quite far away from the main shopping areas, like Pavilion, Starhill and Lot10.

For the first time, we ordered the basic dim sum from their menu.

Fried Carrot Cake
Smelt good when it was served hot. The taste was good enough and it did not look very oily.

Glutinous Rice with Mushroom and Chicken
It gave half mushroom and a small chunk of chicken meat.

Siew Mai and Beancurd Dumplings
It is just a simple and acceptable siew mai and beancurd dumplings.

Char Siew Bao

It is still worthy to go to this restaurant to try their dim sum even if there is no weekdays or weekends offer because their pricing is reasonable and the food portion is generous enough.
